Hello,

I am Miernik from the FFII.org (Foundation for a Free Information
Infrastructure) and together with some activists, we are preparing a new
petition to parliaments of countries of the European Patent Convention
to change the law to prevent software patents.

We would like to use stet to collaborate on creating the petition text.

I would appreciate if any of the developers would write me some pointers
how to install stet, as I looked in the source code, and I am a bit
lost - just a few points like:

1. put files from /stet/trunk/xxxx/something to your webserver directory
2. list of files from the SVN which are needed for installation and
where to dump them more or less?
3. where do I put my text on which I want to collaborate on commenting
etc...
etc..
etc.

We are making a list of associations here:
http://stopsoftwarepatents.eu/
with representatives of which we would like to negotiate the petition
text, so as you can see the list is big, so without a tool we are more
or less lost... ;(

Miernik, thanks for writing in.  stet is indeed difficult to deploy.
mharrison has spent a lot of time this summer improving it; I hope he
might have some time to assist you.
