I am not a developer, but is there anything I can do to help promoting
the development?

I used the GPLv3 commenting application some time ago and I can only
agree with others who have praised it. I cannot wait to see drafts of
statements, calls for action, position papers, motions for resolutions
and the like being open for commenting in a public space. The online
NGO community would really benefit from this application.

I have some experience with the decision process in the European
parliament and I can only say that they would need it too !!  :-)

If it would be useful for anyone (I doubt that on a dev-list like
this) I have a small virtual server at 92.243.14.188 and a domain
draftcomments.org available. More than that, I have only have
impatient enthusiasm to offer ;-)

Erik,

Your enthusiasm about stet is much appreciated.  Right now, we have a
Google SoC student putting some effort in.  Of course, funding would be
great.

Meanwhile, It wouldn't be fair at this point to fail to mention the
competitor that may leapfrog us; you may want to look at
http://www.co-ment.net/ by Sopinspace, which is heavily inspired by
Stet.
